Profit and Loss Account Template

This Profit and Loss Account simple template is mainly for Sole traders or Self-Employed individuals, but can be used by companies as well.
You can use this template if you need your business accounts for bank loan or social welfare. Simply, calculate your total sales and expenses based on receipts/invoices or your bank and VISA statement. Document is prepared in three different currencies: Euro, Sterling and Dollar, but can be changed to any currency if you wish to.
You can choose document format as follows:
MS Excel 2007 Onward – size: 28 KB;
PDF – size: 33 KB
PDF version is mainly to be filled in pen as a standard form, if you can’t use computer and printer for any reason.
